1. Bookings are required to make in advance prior to arrival.
2. Full prepayment is required either by credit card (Visa, Master, JCB, AMEX) or bank transfer.
3. For booking made less than 7 days prior to arrival, please submit your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. If no credit card details provided, booking will not be processed.
- Once booking is confirmed, we will automatic charge from your credit card details provided for total amount.
- If booking is not confirm, there will be no charge on your credit card for the processing fee at all.

Remark :
  - Children under 12 years sharing room with parents will receive FREE of charge (without breakfast), maximum 1 child per room. Breakfast for children between 4-12 years charge Baht 100 per child.
  - Visitor Policy : Every visitors who visit guest's room will be charged at Baht 800 for each visiting.
  - Check out time : 12.00 noon
  - Written notice of cancellation or reduction is required by email or fax to E-Biz Travel at least 14 working days during 20 Dec-10 Jan, 7 working days during 11 Jan-30 Apr & 11 Jul-14 Sep and 5 working days for other period (Not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays); otherwise, one night room rate (per each room reserved) as penalty will be charged.
